For me, leadership starts with love—love for growth, connection, and the people we serve. This belief shapes everything I do—whether coaching, advising as a fractional leader, speaking, or pursuing my passion projects.

I bring a unique intersection of business, neuroscience, creativity, and technology (AI) to leadership development. My approach isn’t just about delivering results—it’s about teaching you how your brain works, helping you build a coaching muscle for inquiry and communication, and using curiosity and creativity to break through the invisible barriers holding you or your team back.
